Sectioned Radio or Dropdown

Basically, I am making a component, and I want the user to choose a menu option for it in either list or radio form. But I want there to be titles to what they can choose.  i.e. A title, then several radion buttons, then another title, then several more radio buttons, but still only one radio button is selectable. I could do the same in a dropdownlist as well, but the best I can come up with so far is to capitalize the title text in the dropdown and give it a null value.

Is there maybe a way of putting titles into a dropdown menu, or formating the text of a single item? I think I've seen this done before
