Restricting user access to resources

Hi Friends,

We are new to joomla.

We are developing a new website using joomla, our system have more than one Admin. Super Admin will create all contents. But other Admin or Manger type user can only view and edit all the contents prepared by Super Admin. Is it possible? please help us.

According to Joomla concept backend have 3 type of users

1. Super Admin
2. Admin
3. Manager

All users have the privilege to Add/Edit contents. But some of menu level access and global configurations have limited based on the user type.
