Lightweight program for cascading dropdown form menu?

In the past I've used Fabrik to build my cascading dropdowns form menus, such as at http://www.edmunds.com under "Get FREE Price Quotes".

I'm creating one now that will have only two dropdowns, like the site above, and just a handful of options - and based on what is chosen they are redirected to each respective article page. Fabrik is overkill for what I'm needing. Would anyone know of a lighter extension to achieve this? If not I'll go the route of one of the form components (RSForm, ChronoForms, etc).
