Jcomments - No entry [SOLVED]

Hello,

I've upgraded my Joomla site to 2.x from 1.5 . I've also upgraded JComments to the latest version but I've just noticed there is no input dialogue box for leaving comments and nothing happens when clicking on "Add comment"

Examples:

Old 1.5 version : http://www.huddysworld.co.uk/MyOldSite/ ... &Itemid=72

New Version : http://www.huddysworld.co.uk/index.php/ ... k-your-psu

Previously left comments are displayed (not in example)


Any ideas?

try to uninstall the previous JComments for 1.5 and then change it to JComments for 2.5. I think the old one laps the new version of your comment

Ok, removed all instances of the produst in both versions the iinstalled. Same problem

I'm an idiot! Didn't realise it had it own control panel - there's an option for public to post!!

edit - Actually I've just realised - I've lost the admin panel control to the comments. I only found above because the installation to me tot he menu.. But it's not listed on the components drop down list. I've enabled that and it works fine.

I have the same problem as the original poster. But at the options, I have public set as able to post, yet... nothing.

Also, I get a link at the front page to add a comment, but not at the full article.

Suggestions for help more than welcome.
