This was posted over in the Foundation discussion thread by Gil Rutkowski - the FORMER head of 3PD standards and guidelines.
. . . and apparently immediately deleted by the "evil doers".
I got the post via email.

The part I really love is:
Growing the community requires creating a stable developer base and continuing to develop a great product. Instability in the developer group will result in slow, buggy releases that drift away from the original goal. To avoid this we need plenty of interaction and agreement in an environment where we all get something out of being here.
Rather ironic I thought  ;)

I'm still not sure if it was the 5 posts I made on *that* forum, alerting people to the announcements both there and here, that got me banned or whether it was the post where I asked how I could easily delete all my posts as I did not want Miro gaining any benefit from my intellectual property.

I did manage to get in and one by one delete a lot of posts, but it was taking too long so I gave up.  I also did not want to delete anything that was really useful to other members so deliberately left some posts alone.

Interestlngly, the very first one of my posts deleted by them was the one mentioning my intellectual property.  Then they removed everything in which I mentioned OSM.  For shame!
