All Videos Error Message

Hi All
I am hoping someone may be able to help me I have installed All videos plugin and uploaded a quicktime movie to Joomla video folder in Media and I cant get it to work I have tried the following
increased up load size, changed the .mov to .mp4 renamed the file, I have tried different variations on path name, The error message reads : Error loading Media file could not be played

What kind of browser are you using? Does the problem exist on all browsers? In other words, are you able to see the videos in some browsers, or is it not working for all browsers?

Hi sorry for the delayed response I have tried it in both IE and Google browsers resulting in the same error message

Error resolved I went into plugin manager and changed the file path Yay
