Joomla 3.4.1 and JComment 3.0.5
How can I use recaptcha in JComments?

You can simply download the file of JComments extension and install it, but before using it, check whether it is compatible with Joomla version or not. If not, then, it may be cause some problem with your website.

JComments is already running. It uses Kcaptcha. How can I make it use recaptcha?

You can try using Jcomments with Recaptcha 2
Don't forget activate system recaptcha plugin and put correct keys!
