What's the prefix of your Joomla database tables?
You can check that in Site > Global Configuration, or using phpMyAdmin to check it directly in the database.

It seems that the template that you are trying to install, tries to add information to your database,
but it is using the hard-coded prefix jos_ which was used with old Joomla versions.
If that's the case you'd better contact the developer to solve that issue.
