v-3.7 Article Options "Images & Links" Missing

Upgraded to 3.7 and when I went to make a new article, I am missing the options that come with the article. Specifically the "Images and Links" tab and all other tabs besides general.



When I researched this issue, I found similar errors people have run into but they referred to the Global Configuration to fix it. My current settings are below and should include the options I am looking for:



I utilize the image and links tab often for all my news articles. I am afraid I can't update my site with new content until I get this fixed. Does anyone have any clues to help?

Also, I will note, I am not using php7. I am on 5.6 I believe so I don't see that as an issue but perhaps it is?

In my case, there is a 3rd party plugin installed that causes this problem.
It's the plugin 'Article Images Upload and Gallery (imagestab).



Maybe you could check on conflicting plugins?

I have the same problem, anyway all the items of the tab are visible. I'am very worry, must deliver the job and I stay only to " dear friend" .....
