please post your joomla website url.
you might be banned from google? what does your console say ? have you spoken to google and paid them the relevant money? have you asked on the dedicated google support forum.

There might be an error in search console, sometimes it happens all of your links suddenly disappears but they reappear after few days ...

Are you talking about the links you created on other sites are getting removed ? which links coming to your site are disappearing can you pls explain further ?

It is clear that your links getting removed by the owners of the websites where you are creating links, Can you be more specific with your question and provide more details like where you are creating links, are you creating links ob blog comments? forums? and also tell me what kind of website you own? let me solve your issue.
