Curriculum Vitae Joomla article - Tags?

Can somebody give me advice please, about 'Tags' when creating a Joomla article.
When I write articles in Joomla, I use keyword tags.

During the creation of the article I fill in the following fields

A1. Content tab
a- Content field
b- Category field
c- Language field
d- Tags field (here i enter the tags related to the text in the article)

A2. Publishing tab
e- Meta Description field
f- Meta Keywords field

When I finish writing and publishing a Joomla article I will do the following

- I open "Components" => "Tags"
- I find the tags I've added to the Tags field while writing the article

Each Tag from the Joomla article has its basic fields again

T1. Tag details field
a- Content field (Here i enter a short description of the Tag)
b- Language field (I'm setting up the language English (UK))

T2. Tag Publishing tab
c- Meta Description field (Here i enter a short description of what Tag means)
d- Meta Keywords field (Here I enter a few words, one word)

for example:
A1a.- I've written Joomla article about [ CV or Curriculum Vitae in Excel ]
A1d.- I have added the following tags: 'Curriculum Vitae', 'Job CV', 'Sample Excel CV', 'CV Format in Excel' etc.)

T1a.- For each of the above tags, I have additionally listed the items below.

For 'Curriculum Vitae' Tag I set
- Tag details: How to Make Your Curriculum Vitae in Excel
- Language: English (UK)
- Meta Description: How To Make Your Curriculum Vitae
- Keywords: Curriculum Vitae

My questions is:

1. Is this good what I do?
2. How can this be reflected in SEO?
3. How to enter Tags: as a single word or as two words or as irrelevant. (eg: 'Curriculum', 'Vitae' or 'Curriculum Vitae')
3. Does it make any sense, to waste time on the detailed description of the tags?

I'm sorry, I did not intend to promote my web site. The Linked URL link is focused on the Joomla article, which relates to this topic.
I was intending to directly show how the article looks and tags (for better understanding and ability and to see the source web site).
