Have you tried Extensions -> Database -> Fix?

i got an error with the language filter and with CK cookies causing an error in Protostar template and requested page not found, so notified the dev CK and turned off language filter.
Tested it on local server, then all is ok. Did the same on live, now only white pages. so have to check what's going on.

seems an error 500, turned in config.php error reporting on maximum, but no errors are displayed.

Done that, even repaired & optimized database from control panel, i have check the column in database table, just don't know what the right value is for VARCHAR, apparently the current attribute of (191) is wrong, however this column contains more than one file, really puzzling, am still missing the config panel, in the backend, after reverting to J3.8.13

The correct for 3.9.0 is "varbinary(192)"

can someone assist with the right attribute and collation for session_id, i adjusted the varbinary to 192, although am running J3.8.13, but still getting prompted to fix some file in this column, a saved session from 2015, should i just delete all the old save sessions? have ran out of ideas, should someone have an idea, please share
