How custom create the menu link?

How custom create the menu link?

Hi.
I develop my component who show list items with filters. How filters build the page address with the rule: mysite/base/filter_1/filter_2|... base - constant, filter_n - current each filters values. I need to create menu type who make link то this page with preset filter parameters (parameters in menu settings). But menu build link with standatr rule with use alias. Now i rebuild menus link in router.php my component. It works, but i have trouble with associate, for example, modules with this menu.
How correct decide this trouble ? How correct create custom menu link from my rule?

Change your menu link type to external and manually set your url/with/filters
