hostingdude.com and godaddy.com users may want to note!

Post by ScabbyUK » Mon Sep 25, 2006 12:18 am

I thought some might be interested in the email convo I had with the support staff from hostingdude.com. I think they are part of godaddy.com.

I have deleted parts for privacy reasons

I was trying to get answers as to why my email functions are not working correctly.

I asked "How do I read/send email from my SMTP email account remotely as it is supposed to do," They answered I must use their free VALUE APPLICATIONS which is installed for you (joomla being one of them). I answered
**************
That is not an answer,
