Hi

Im pretty new to the forum use (I've read them a lot for help) so I appologise if this is in the wrong area.
I currently have two sites. Site one is NHTKD Site Two CCTKD
Both use the latest version of Joomla.
Site one is running as expected, no problems
Site two I am having problems with the login module.
When I log in through the front end, as a use, the first instance I get in no problem.
I then log out by using the logout button on the module
If I then try to log in I get the warning message "Warning: Your session has expired. Please log in again"
I log in a third time and I get into the site no problem. If I then log out, its ok, but if I log in again, I get the same message.

I've compared the settings under server, and they are both exactly the same.
I've read previously that setting the session handler to none can solve the problem (Circa 2014 post), but that option is not available.

Any advice on this would be greatly appriciated. I have a little knowledge on websites, but not enough to write php or fully understand it.

This is from the FPA on the site which has the problems. Hope i've done this right and it helps.

Possibly Cookies CK is interfering with Joomla's session cookie?
Disable it, clear Joomla cache then see if that fixes it?

Thank you so so much. Changed that folder to 755, just not sure what to do about the missing extensions :: zip?

You should be able to enable PHP extensions (in this case "zip") from your hosting account administration control panel, or directly in the php.ini file (which should be located within your hosting space) or it is possibly something your host may have to do.

The PHP Zip extension allows server side applications to work with ZIP files. (that's the easiest explanation).
