Re: Deprecated e Warning
Update Joomla. The current version is 3.9.28. You are running 3.6.2 which is not compatible with the version of php running on the server.

Re: Deprecated e Warning
Also update your PHP version. Your host usually controls that on shared hosting, or you may have a way to choose the version. You should be using no less than PHP 7.4 these days.
Could be issues with extensions or templates (non-compatible with Joomla 3.9.28).
Please post the results of the FPA report, that will tell us what you're running and assist the forum volunteers help you work towards a solution. Per the red box, top of screen: Forum Post Assistant

Re: Deprecated e Warning
The database is for a different version of Joomla.
Enable Debug and set Error Reporting to 'maximum' to see where the error is.
If you cannot start administrator, edit configuration.php manually.
We are waiting for your FPA.

Re: Deprecated e Warning
For you a good evening
Tried and tried but there is no way
I had to reinstall the first version that gives the errors of deprecated and Warnind but at least on the administrator side it works
can you tell me how to eliminate them?

I don't understand this quick answer:
"Enable Debug and set Error Reporting to 'maximum' to see where the error is."
