Who do we complain to?

I would like to know who to complain to about extensions that no longer exist and are only promoting the developers new extension?

The Tigra extension for JomSocial is now dead, they no longer offer it and the only thing you can get at their website is their own social extension. I have tried to get support for the extensions I have purchased for JomSocial but they do not reply. When I tried to contact them asking about this they just ignore me.

To me this is not fair and at the very least their extension listed for JomSocial should be removed, instead of helping support their competing extension.

The best thing to do is to use the report button that is present on every extension listing. If you dont see the report button then you will need to log in to the JED web site

Yes, definitely submit a ticket as they suggested. We have a quality control team member who will review this type of extension and we'll have it removed from the directory if that's the case.
