Looking for a module/component for digging peoples pictures? rating them?

I had an idea that i'd like to try out on my site. It's for rating the users bikes. You would give it a thumbs up or down. And then this would be sorted by most popular. A imagine of a random bike would be on the front page. This would be nice to have, so users can see each users bikes in a component of some sort.

I am wondering if there is something similar available already? I did a search but im not sure what im looking for.
