Microdata for Joomla 3.11

Dear Experts.

I am modifying the Google Microdata on the joomla website. Using the plugin for this. I can not clearly understand the following points for Article object of Schema.org:
1. Is the headline of Schema object is meta title from the site?
2. Is the description of Schema object is meta description from the site? The fiels is on the image. In plugin docs, written, that this is the article body, I mean text of article. A little bit confused.

May be somebody share the step by step article to insert microdata into Joomla site?
