I am using jsn_time2 template from joomlashine. Unfortunately they are closing down so the support is very very slow.
I have stubled into an issue that has just happened with this template. I am using the extension jBusinessDirectory to register companies into my site. During this registration process its possible to upload an image/logo for the registration.
This has been working just fine, but last week it stopped to work. I click on the button "Find logo", i select an image and what should happen is that the image should load in a small window so that the user can crop it. But the small window dont load, i just get a glance of a message saying "loading" and thats it.
I have tried everything to figure out why this happens but without any luck. I have restored several older versions and installed them into another domain (same host) but the same problem happens there, even with old versions. I have spoken to the developer of jBusinessDirectory and they say it has to do with the template. I tried to use one of joomla standard templates and then this function works again, its possible to load the image. So its likely to say that it is something wrong with the template that prevents the upload of an image/logo. But i must say i find it very strange since this function has been working for a half year and until last week when it stopped.
This is critical since its a live site and i unfortunately just sent out a mail offering customers to register
Not lucky with that one. I have no clue how to debug or fix this, so i ask you for help. Any clever mind who know what this can be and of course how to fix it?
