Privacy Dashboard Access for Special users (Not just Super Admin)

We are using the Joomla GDPR system. Two questions:

1. Setting up Privacy Dashboard module on the Administrator backend only works for Super Admins. But, we need Manager to see it. How can we do that?

2. When a user requests GDPR information Export or Removal, does the site administrator get notified? If so, where do we specify the email address? Again, we don't want to use Super Admin email.

Only super users may access the privacy component. Lesser privileges are not allowed. The long and short of it is there are too many ACL bypasses that could be made if the component were allowed to be used by someone without full system privileges (i.e. someone could export information for a component they don't have access to see, or someone could remove information in a component they don't have permissions to edit or delete records in).
