Welcome to the Joomla forum!

First of all, what is the reason for restoring the website? For example, are you in the process of moving the website to a new host? Or was the website updated and you need to restore the previous working version?

Something is wrong in the configuration of the web server. Is the Apache module ModSecurity or some other firewall blocking the FPA?

i tried to enable mysqli
How did you try to do that? Did the host give you access to a page like cPanel with PHP Selector to select the PHP version and its extensions? Which version of PHP are you using?
