accessiblemedia field form for visitors ?

Hello,

I wonder if we can allow visitors to access to a accessiblemedia field type on form, it seems only authenticated users with minimum rights can access to this kind of fields by default, according to com_media component.

I wanted to change this for allowing visitors to use this field on forms (ofc with backend validation).

A simple solution is to grant "guest" that access for the media component.

Sure, it surely will solve my issue, but this solution require to modify core Joomla files (media component of Joomla server).

On my case (i didn't mention it before), i develop my own Joomla component, with my own's forms; so i'm looking for a "portable" solution that i can provide with my component.

No, that doesn't require changing core files, but it will require manually changing permissions on the site using your component.

I don't know a way around that.
