How to upload Robots.txt?

I'm not much good in Joomla. I need to upload robots.txt on one of my client's sites.

Could you please help me where to uplaod robots.txt and sitemap xml?

You cannot do that inside Joomla.

It's a text file in your root directory. See the google's robots.txt http://www.google.com/robots.txt

You cant upload it in CMS coz.. it's a .txt file which need to upload into the root folder by ftp..!

For upload robots.txt file, put in your Root folder, it's usually has named public_html or www folder

and for upload xml, i recommend you use XMap extension :
